Terms of Service

  • The Technical Support Service will be available from 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+01:00) on working days.
  • Users using the service will get a response in less than 24 hours.
  • After sending an answer we will close the ticket if we don’t receive any communication from the customer after 2 days.
  • Please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us by writing an email to info@do-commerce.com with any problem accessing to our service.
  • DoCommerce is not responsible of any problems that could be caused by the technical solution provided by the DoCommerce support team.
  • DoCommerce is not responsible of any problem for sharing credentials to access to the systems involved in the customer side. We advise you to change the passwords once we close the ticket.
  • This Technical Support for eBay sellers helps you to solve issues during your integration process in eBay and/or with the different tools provided by eBay. Any change in the seller system must be carry out by the sellers themselves or by the System Administrators.
  • This Technical Support for eBay sellers will be attended through email or our Jira ServiceDesk Platform.
  • Each ticket open will contain a unique request, you have to purchase a new support code in case you need more support.
  • In case that the request is related with a third party, we will inform and give you the information that has to be provided to them, not being in this case the possible solution in our technical team side.
  • The cost of a support ticket is 70€ (taxes included), and the maximum resolution time will be 3 hours. In case our Support Team needs more time to solve your issue, We will inform that You will need to purchase a new support code.
